Our approach
iFAMED cooperates with Nigerian law enforcement and regulatory authorities acting within their lawful powers. We disclose customer information in response to valid legal process — such as a court order, warrant, or subpoena — or where disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by Nigerian law.
What we require
Requests must be made in writing, on official letterhead, by a named officer of a recognized law enforcement or regulatory body, and must identify the account or transaction in question and the specific information sought.
Emergency requests
Where there is a good-faith belief of imminent risk of serious harm, we may act on an emergency request without formal legal process, consistent with applicable law.
How to submit a request
Send requests to support@ifamed.co with the subject line "Law Enforcement Request." We will confirm receipt and respond once we have validated the request.
